We had a blast hosting the Texas Craft Brewers Guild meeting last night! Had phenominal beers and met some great folks from Denton County Brewing Company, Union Bear Brewing Co., Martin House Brewing Company and Pro Brew Supply.

INTRODUCING WEEKEND BRUNCH AT KROOTZ! We kicked it in "retro gear" to bring you some old school scratch made favorites along with some tasty new Krootz originals we think will rock your taste buds! From our Brewer's Mash made with our brewing spent grains to Chicken and Waffles, Steak and Eggs, Krootz Krepes, Breakfast Egg Rolls and everything in-between.
NEW HOURS - we will also be opening @ 10AM on SATURDAY and SUNDAY. Brunch will be served from 10AM-2PM SAT/SUN.

Absolutely impressed with the service and the food! Not stingy and very tasty! You need to go and try the Rueben and the peach and apple moonshine! Yummy!

INTRODUCING OUR BUFFALO CHICKEN AND CRISPY CHICKEN PANINI SANDWICHES @ KROOTZ!
The Crispy Chicken Sandwich is fried to perfection with our homemade breading and then topped with lettuce, pickles onions and tomatoes. Diddo for the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, but also smothered in our buffalo wing sauce. If you are feeling adventurous, try it with any of our other chicken wing sauces. See you at the brewery!

Our Chicken Fried Steak said "hold my beer"! Angus cubed steak from Halperns' Meat Market in Arlington, TX, aged for a minimum of 21 days. Battered in our homemade beer batter, served with our homemade mashed potatoes, scratch Italian green beans and Texas Toast. Topped with our homemade white gravy. Available in 6oz or 10oz.

You know you have a good thing when my associate and I are drinking the green bean broth. This was really spot on.
HALPERNS’ mostly produces wet aged but will also dry age. A cubed steak would not really benefit from dry ageing my opinion.

Tried it tonight. It was a delicious lite feel with a squeezed lime! I like my beer with our without lime. But this was an excellent option!
