Kolaches - Bring something unique to your Thanksgiving this year! Scratch made Czech Kolaches using our family recipe. All Kolaches use 100% fresh ingredients - no articial dyes or food coloring. Several flavors to choose from.
Krootz-A-Rita Key Lime Pie – Great key-lime flavor infused with our Krootz-A-Rita Lemon-Lime and perfect texture filling. Trust me, you will not be able to stop once you start - you have been warned.
Double Pumper Chocolate Cheesecake – Perfectly moist with plenty of creamy chocolate flavor. Infused with our Double Pumper Imperial Milk Stout. Truly a chocolate lover’s dream.
BT Justice "Double Decker" Pecan Pie – Traditional favorite with just the right mix of fresh pecans and our BT Justice Vanilla Porter, moist filling on top of our homemade Cinnamon Whirl crust, with our homemade cream filling sandwiched between the layers.
Apple Pie Softshine - Apple Pie made with our cinnamon roll crust, fresh Granny Smith Apples and a dose of our Apple Pie Softshine to bring out a ton of flavor with every bite!

Our military tribute beer, "13 Toasts" Maisbock Lager is now back on tap! Very smooth, easy drinking and incredibly satisfying. If you have not yet tried it, this beer should definitely be on your "short list"!

Chef Paula has done it again! Fresh panini bun from Massimo's Bakery, piled high with thinly sliced Ribeye Steak, Red/Yellow/Orange Diced Bell Peppers, Carmelized Diced Onions, Provolone Cheese and then we top it off with a smothering of our homemade Beer Cheese. Just to make sure your tastebuds are launched into full orbit, we serve it with a side of our homemade Au Jus dipping sauce.

Let Krootz Cater Your Next Gathering!
Your place or ours - we got you covered. We can deliver to your event venue and provide full equipent and serving staff. For onsite events, we have two rooms available for events large or small.
Our "Gruene Room" is perfect for events up to 50
people. Your guests will be plenty comfortable with ample booth (including two large corner booths) and table seating. It also has 5 large screen TVs and a Bose surround sound theater system for custom sound or presentations - plenty to keep your guests fully entertained.
The "Back Bar" is perfect for larger events with plenty of table and bar seating as well as a stage with Bose Tower PA system and plenty of large screen TV's.
Of course, we have an extensive catering menu including (but definitely NOT limited to) Brisket, Buffalo Wings, Sliders, Pizzas, Tacos, Steak and Chicken Fajitas, full Brunch Menu and scratch made desserts. We also have 18 of our craft and domestic beers on tap and an extensive wine selection.
